QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales & Marketing Experience: Proven success in both fields, preferably in the book or publishing industry, with a knack for building creative campaigns and closing deals.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in both English and German
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with book marketing, sales channels, and distribution networks.
• Passion for Our Mission: A deep connection to migration, diversity, and amplifying underrepresented voices is a major plus.

• Develop Sales & Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative campaigns to promote “Mama Superstar” while identifying key opportunities to drive book sales.
• Build and Maintain Partnerships: Develop relationships with bookstores, libraries, cultural institutions, and online retailers to boost visibility and distribution.
