We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to assist with daily sales operations, marketing coordination and administrative support. This versatile role includes preparing quotes and invoices, training new staff on CRM system, managing social media activity, assisting with marketing materials and coordinating trade shows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting both operational and creative initiatives across the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing support or administrative coordination.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for business use and basic content creation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho); ability to train others preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, QuickBooks, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience coordinating trade shows or marketing events preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
