Description
Responsibilities Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies for padel products at the Clubhouse location. Maintain product displays that are attractive, orderly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize merchandising efforts and product placement. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the Clubhouse management team. Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or related field is an advantage. Experience in retail merchandising or sales, preferably with sports or padel-related products. Good understanding of merchandising principles and visual presentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Passion or interest in padel sports is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
