JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a proactive Sales Move Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team by managing leads, incoming calls, scheduling, and client communication. Your mission: drive sales efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.

CORE SKILLS

  • Handle inbound calls, using proper phone etiquette, English language required, professionalism and best practices.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • CRM system Moveware knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Previous experience in sales support or call centre is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, incoming calls, survey schedules and client communication
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client relationships.
  • Identify leads to further selling opportunities to improve sales growth.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay-updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
