We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic, talented team on a mission to become the undisputed No 1 agent in the East Midlands and so EA experience (or within the property industry) is essential. You should be well presented, be an excellent communicator with a passion for property and naturally driven.

Requirements

  • Proven, experienced negotiator with ambitious attitude
  • Organised, confident, passionate and committed
  • Self motivated but a team player
  • Outgoing, memorable and enthusiastic
  • Excellent grammar and vocabulary skills
  • Broad, local knowledge
  • Use of Microsoft and agency CRM system ( e.g Vebra an advantage )
  • Bright, smart and well presented
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

Salary

  • £25k to £30k basic depending on experience
  • Best packages in agency across the East Midlands
  • Real career progression e.g Head of Office / Associate Director roles
  • OTE £40k Y1, £50k Y2, £60k +

We offer a personal service, delivered by an enthusiastic and professional team, from our offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Loughborough, Market Bosworth and Melton Mowbray.
This role is a full time (in person), permanent role based on five day working week 9am - 5:30am and every other Saturday 9am - 4pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
