Overview:
We are seeking to expand our area of coverage as a result we are looking for a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team in the vibrant property market. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate sales agreements between parties
- Manage enquiries from clients, both in person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
- Collaborate with vendors, purchasers, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language
- Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential
