Description

Lextons are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Flagship Hove office due to continued success and expansion.
You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service with both buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, generating business and selling properties. You will need to have experience in estate agency, however we do provide training and encourage promotion from within.

Responsibilities
  • Registering potential buyers and arranging viewings via telephone and in person
  • Generating and booking in valuations
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure excellent customer service throughout their journey with Lextons
  • Regularly monitoring and reacting to the property market to inform other departments of changes and ensuring market knowledge is up to date
  • Maintaining excellent industry standards by ensuring confidentiality
  • Remaining a professional presence through marketing and networking to ensure business opportunities are not missed.
