WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Is articulate and confident on the phone, with strong spelling and grammar

  • Has some sales or customer-facing experience, even if not in property
  • Is hungry to learn and grow into a high-performing Sales Negotiator

EXPERIENCE YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO HAVE

  • Some exposure to sales or customer service roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, etc.)
  • Comfort using email, phone and basic IT systems
  • Familiarity with working to targets, KPIs or fast-paced environments is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our continued development and business growth, we are looking to bring in a Trainee Sales Negotiator – someone with a spark, hunger to succeed, and ideally a background in sales (retail, hospitality, or call centre experience welcome). This isn’t a passive customer service role – it’s proactive, fast-paced, and focused on generating and converting opportunities. You’ll be making calls, following up leads, and building momentum every day.
We’ll provide full training using our in-house materials, giving you the chance to earn a recognised certificate and learn from a highly experienced Director. You’ll be mentored directly, with a structured programme designed to fast-track your success.
You don’t need to know property – but you do need to be sharp, curious, people-focused, and unafraid to get stuck in. Think educated market trader energy – someone who’s got “the gift of the gab” but also listens well and asks the right questions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be building relationships with buyers, learning how to qualify leads, book viewings, and communicate confidently with clients. You’ll be supported with hands-on training, real-time coaching, and direct access to hundreds of live listings across central London.
This is a people-first role where success comes from energy, curiosity, and consistency. You don’t need to know property – we’ll teach you that. You just need to show up, ask questions, and take action.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Speaking with new buyer enquiries and learning how to convert them into viewings
  • Booking appointments and helping manage viewing schedules
  • Attending property viewings and learning how to handle buyer interest
  • Updating clients with feedback and learning to negotiate
  • Introducing our services to potential clients and supporting lead generation
