JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations, attending viewings, negotiating sales, progressing sold properties through to completion and exchange. You must also be able to sell the services of our other depts, including mortgages or house rents. You will need a strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.
You will need a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. You may be required to work within other departments as and when workloads require.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Must have Estate Agency and Sales Negotiator experience - applicants with no estate agency experience will not be considered
A dynamic, fun individual who takes ownership of their own projects
Well Presented
Excellent communication skills
Accurate, numerate and computer literate
A team player with excellent organisational skills
Generate & undertake market appraisal appointments
Preparation of property sales particulars
Arranging and carrying out property viewings
Negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion
Build and maintain relationships with vendors
Administration duties
Social media video’s, postings and active marketing initiatives
Full UK driving license, own vehicle required
Exceptional customer service skills
Any other duties as may be required
Package: Salary ote £32,500.00 (negotiable depending on experience). Mileage costs at relevant HMRC rate. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. 37.5hrs per week (requirement to work Saturdays 9.30 – 12.30 every 3rd week, time off in lieu)
