SUMMARY:

The Sales Negotiator is responsible for managing and facilitating sales transactions from initial inquiry to completion. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. The Sales Negotiator acts as a key point of contact, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

MARKET KNOWLEDGE:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and informed market appraisals.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales or negotiation, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to sales transactions.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.

TYPICAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property information.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transaction progress.
