JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team in Stoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating final sales values between vehicle sellers and purchasers, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining high standards of customer service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Previous experience in vehicle sales, auctions, or negotiation is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applicants with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to close deals in any sales environment.

• Negotiating final sale prices between vehicle sellers and buyers.
• Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
• Maintaining accurate records of negotiations and outcomes.
• Supporting the wider auction team to ensure smooth operations.
