What you’ll be doing:

• Negotiate offers and agreeing sales to achieve the best outcome for clients
• Working on your list of hot applicants, matching and pro-actively arranging viewings
• Carry out viewings with professionalism and confidence and build a strong relationship with active buyers
• Progress the sale from accepted offer to completion by keeping a regular, active involvement with vendor, buyer and solicitors
• Support the Valuer with price expectations and market adjustments
• Work as part of a team which services both sales and lettings clients

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (minimum 2 years, ideally)
• A results-driven approach with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong knowledge of the local property market (Chorley, Leyland and surrounding areas preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Positive, pro-active outlook and outgoing personality
• Team player with a focus on personal results and achievements
