Our Bridport Office requires a Full Time Senior Negotiator to join their busy sales team. Estate Agency experience is essential for this varied role and would be suited to an individual with listing experience or those seeking future progression with full support and training.

DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

· Organised
· Is self-motivated with a can-do attitude
· Is IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems
· Polite telephone manner
· A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential

· You will be involved in all aspects of estate agency through the negotiation and progression of transactions to the management of both vendors and purchasers
· To generate new business and contribute to the wider office success
· There will be some Saturday working on a rota basis
