As the Offers & Business Development Analyst, you will be instrumental in defining and driving forward, key growth initiatives across all lines of business. You will perform market analysis, deep-dive customer insights and consumer buying trends, to deeply understand market challenges and opportunities, presenting and sharing with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate key decisions that set the growth strategy for ANZ. DESCRIPTION Support the Offers & Business Development team to identify and scale growth opportunities within the ANZ market, for example the research and development of the Apple Watch Growth Plan Support with segmentation projects that support the WW business planning Deep dive topics as required to deeply understand the market challenges, opportunities, and insights to inform future growth strategy. Generate and present cohesive insights back to the business, facilitating key decisions. Working with Channel teams, understand partner objectives, and connect the dots to align Apple’s growth initiatives with partner objections. Assist in partner-facing pitches for business development growth initiatives. Own the consumer offer reporting for ANZ, provided to local and Global leadership to understand market dynamics & customer buying behaviours: Affordability levers, Consumer Offer Scorecards, Competitor pricing insights and trended partner in house share Connect with WW and global peers to share local insights, comparable market trends and insights that could help propel the local initiatives forward. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Studies or similar. Minimum of 2 years professional experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience within a Sales organisation or collaboration with Sales teams Experience in partnership management Strong business acumen, with a high level of curiosity, passion and energy Able to balance competing priorities, long-term projects, and ad hoc requirements. Demonstrated ability to positively influence and collaborate with people across all functional areas of an organisation. Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Outstanding ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness, while maintaining extreme attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell a compelling story with data. Excellent presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at multiple levels.
Responsibilities
