JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our grocery products, expanding our client base, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate must be fluent in Malayalam to effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and business partners from Kerala.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in grocery/FMCG/food import industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Strong knowledge of Indian groceries and food culture, particularly Kerala products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and wholesalers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Present and promote grocery products to potential and existing customers.
• Manage customer orders, invoicing, and timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote the brand.
• Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategies.
