We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual, with experience of working in admin roles within a fast-paced environment. To be successful in the role, you’ll need strong IT skills, and you must be confident in dealing with customers over the phone.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION

Role: Sales Office Administrator
Function: Operations
Reports to: Sales Office Supervisor

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Office Administrator. With experience of working in an admin role within a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for placing customer orders and helping with customer queries.

SKILLS:

  • Strong IT skills including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deal with customers on the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using sales order processing systems
  • Knowledge of construction products would be a huge advantage
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: €28,000.00-€29,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • Monday to Friday
