ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our sales office team. This is a permanent role with a 6-month probation period. You will help with customer enquiries, phone calls, and general office work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls and deal with customer queries.
  • Provide polite, helpful, and professional customer service at all times.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain records, update spreadsheets, and process documents as required.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day office work.
  • Assist colleagues and management with other reasonable tasks that may arise as part of running the office.
