JOB DESCRIPTION

Niagara Tulips ltd specializes in hydroponically grown cut Tulips, located in Dunnville, ON. We are seeking an individual who will manage a variety of tasks relating to sales, admin and logistics. While mainly, an office job, there will be times where you will be needed on the greenhouse floor and the ability to work a physical job or repetitive tasks is an asset.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Greenhouse industry experience is an asset
  • Previous experience in sales & bookkeeping an asset
  • Sage experience is an asset
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and be able to problem solve
  • Ability to work extended hours as required by the season and be willing to work where help is needed
  • Ability to work independently without supervision and confidence in making educated decisions.
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
  • Admin related tasks including accounts receivable, accounts reconciliation, Source deductions, financial reports, payroll, HST, T4’s, ROE’s and maintaining employee files
  • Daily production reports
  • Daily employee punch clock review
  • Inventory & purchasing
  • sales & logistics related tasks including invoicing, shipping documentation, booking trucking, shipping tracking, adding orders, and updating as needed
  • All other duties as required.
