What You’ll Do

  • Sales Support
  • Help manage customer orders and accounts.
  • Communicate with buyers, shops, and partners in a friendly, professional way.
  • Assist with preparing sales reports and keeping track of goals.
  • Office & Operations
  • Support day-to-day office work such as inventory, shipping, and vendor communication.
  • Keep things organized—files, schedules, and supplies.
  • Help make sure orders and deliveries run smoothly.
  • Team Support
  • Jump in on projects like trade shows, pop-ups, and special events.
  • Assist with marketing activities and fun promotional ideas.
  • Be ready to pitch in where needed to keep our team moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who is positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or office work is great (but not required).
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook). QuickBooks experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication skills. Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus too.
  • Must be open to occasional business travel (both out-of-state and international).
