A leading international business based in Stansted is looking for an Office Co-ordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Director, this is a high-profile position that plays a key role in supporting processes, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
This role would suit someone who is confident, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE OF OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR:

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, including confidential enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing sales activity
  • Coordinating quotations, invoicing, and shipping for product orders
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and supporting with documentation
  • Managing team expenses and ensuring accurate data collation
  • Coordinating international travel and complex logistics
  • Providing high-level office and facilities support, including liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring shared areas are fully stocked
  • Supporting client hospitality, including meet-and-greet arrangements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and confident approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport across departments
  • An understanding and appreciation of working with international clients and colleagues

THE PACKAGE FOR THE ROLE OF OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR:

  • Salary of £24,000 – £25,000 per annum
  • 25 days’ holiday
