Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be the driving force behind a high-energy internal sales team, leading the charge to boost profitable sales by promoting our full range of products and services to both new and existing customers. You’ll coach and empower a team of Internal Sales Coordinators, helping them sharpen their selling skills and spot opportunities to maximise sales. With your leadership, the team will deliver excellent customer service and bring that positive, can-do attitude every day, all while living our ‘Best in the Business’ values! Ready to lead the way?

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Driving Sales: Leading your team to hit sales targets, promoting the full range of products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Coaching & Development: Mentoring your Internal Sales Coordinators, helping them master selling techniques and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring the team delivers top-notch service with a positive, can-do attitude, always reinforcing our ‘Best in the Business’ principles.
  • Team Leadership: Managing a team of [xx] Internal Sales Coordinators, motivating and guiding them to deliver results and develop their skills.
