• Proactively identify and approach potential customers to present credit card offerings, focusing on their financial needs and benefits.
• Master the features and benefits of various credit card products to effectively match them with customer profiles and spending habits.
• Conduct thorough customer needs analysis to recommend the most suitable credit card solutions, driving product adoption.
• Manage the end-to-end application process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all required documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the financial services or credit card industry.
• Familiarity with credit card products, lending principles, and relevant banking regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade diverse customer segments.
