Sadeem Energy is a Dubai-based SME focused on sustainable energy and innovative solutions across solar, energy efficiency, smart technologies, and clean energy systems. We are expanding our commercial team and are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Officers / Business Development Officers to join us on a commission-based structure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (preferred in energy, construction, or tech industries)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Own visa holders and freelancers are encouraged to apply

• Identify and approach potential clients (B2B and B2C) for energy solutions, including solar, EV chargers, and sustainability services
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate consistent leads and referrals
