Canadian Specialist Hospital is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in healthcare and will be responsible for supporting the Business Development & Marketing team, in promoting the hospital’s services, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.

• Assist the sales team in daily operations, client follow-ups, and data management.
• Support in coordinating meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
• Maintain and update sales-related records and documents.
• Communicate with potential clients, providing information about our services and offers.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
• Provide administrative support to the BD & Marketing department as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
