JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the coffee industry. You will play a key role in representing Coffeedesk’s values and premium product offerings in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the coffee or food & beverage sector.
  • Strong knowledge or passion for specialty coffee, brewing equipment, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, leads, and sales pipeline effectively.
  • UAE/GCC driving license is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Barista background or coffee certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with HORECA, office, or retail clients.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic

  • Develop and grow a strong client portfolio including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retailers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence in the GCC region.
  • Promote Coffeedesk’s wide range of coffee products, equipment, and services through presentations and tastings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored solutions and after-sales support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging products in the specialty coffee space.
  • Represent Coffeedesk at coffee events, trade shows, and training sessions.
