Job Title: Sales Officer – Business Setup
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Sales Officer – Corporate Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales related to company formation and a comprehensive range of corporate services for clients in the UAE and across various international jurisdictions. This includes everything from business setup to ongoing corporate support services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup and/or corporate service sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of UAE and international company formation processes, jurisdictions, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients interested in setting up businesses in the UAE or other global jurisdictions.
  • Promote and sell company formation packages, including mainland, free zone, and offshore setups.
  • Advise clients on appropriate legal structures and licensing options based on their business model and objectives.
  • Sell and coordinate related corporate services, such as banking support, VAT registration, accounting, legal documentation, and PRO services.
  • Manage end-to-end setup procedures: requirement gathering, documentation, submission, approvals, and post-incorporation support.
  • Maintain a client portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction, relationship management, and repeat business.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant government policies, free zone regulations, and global corporate trends.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
