REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in credit card or banking product sales is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Islamic banking principles is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively
• UAE experience is a plus; freshers with a sales mindset are welcome to apply
• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for passionate and self-driven Sales Executives to join our team and promote Shariah-compliant credit card products for one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with a persuasive personality, strong communication skills, and a hunger for achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell Islamic credit card products to prospective customers across the UAE
• Conduct field visits, corporate calls, and participate in sales campaigns and roadshows
• Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and guidelines
• Explain product benefits clearly and address customer queries professionally
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Gather and submit required documentation and application forms accurately
