Description
Guide, lead, and direct the market through effective management of Etihad insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results for relevant market. Develop, implement, and execute strong country, area, and account plans to maximize Etihad Cargo's revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix. Develop, maintain, and steer customer relationships, including global key accounts (where the key account structure requires), regional key accounts, and local accounts at all levels. High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelors Degree with 1 years relevant work experience field. Minimum 5 years commercial experience within Cargo .Extensive experience with strong customer knowledge .Fluent English - both written and spoken is essential .Strong cargo commercial experience. Accountabilities:Participate in the budgeting process. Ensure no financial bad debt and full compliance with CASS when applicable. Drive implementation of iCargo, self-service solutions, direct booking capabilities and E-Airway Bill. Cooperate with the GHA/Cargo Terminal to supply quality service to customers and comply with the EY Standards.
