Description

Responsibilities Drive and manage agent sales for High Speed Rail (HSR) and Airport Express Line (AEL) to achieve sales targets Identify new agents and/or business partners in Hong Kong / Chinese Mainland/ Overseas to extend sales source Develop sales promotions and partnership initiatives for HSR and AEL with agents and potential business partners Develop and execute Rail + Air intermodal collaboration strategies with industry partners to strengthen railway preference for intermodal customers Oversee ticketing system enhancement and transformation projects to enhance customer experience and sales Set sales target for key travel agents and diligently track their performance Compile sales reports, analyse results and recommend sales strategies for management.
