In this role you will Solicit home/auto loan applications and develop/maintain strong relationships with key personnel of assigned stores, while providing general assistance to store home/auto loan clients. Achieve home/auto loan targets by executing sales programs through established dealers/developers relationships, ensuring timely and accurate communication of credit decisions and application status, identifying items for reconsideration, and coordinating document deficiencies for prompt booking of accounts. What the role will entail Execute sales programs by leveraging established relationships with dealer/developer and store personnel to drive auto and home loan applications. Build and maintain strong partnerships with store staff, while conducting product briefings, client calls, store visits, and attending sales clinics for updates. Monitor application and booking status, ensuring timely and accurate updates to dealers/developers, stores, referrers, and loan applicants. Facilitate efficient processing by coordinating document deficiencies, initiating reconsideration requests, and ensuring timely regularization and approvals. Drive conversion of Approved but Unavailed (ABU) accounts and ensure timely booking of loan applications. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, brokers, dealers/developers, and stores, delivering quality service and feedback throughout the loan process. What we're looking for Graduate of any four-year course (preferably business-related) with at least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong sales and marketing expertise with advanced knowledge of business, industry trends, and loan/mortgage processes, including credit evaluation. Highly results-driven with expert customer focus, sales disposition, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in business development, strategy formulation, budgeting, project/program management, and data analysis with strong numeracy and forecasting skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker with integrity, proficient in MS Office, and capable of making sound decisions and driving continuous improvement.
