REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in Dubai
• Familiarity with home loans, buyouts, equity release, and Islamic finance options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented

• Advise clients on mortgage solutions tailored to their financial needs
• Liaise with banks to negotiate competitive mortgage offers
• Assist in preparing and submitting loan applications
• Maintain client relationships through regular updates and transparent communication
• Stay updated on market trends, rate changes, and lending criteria
