Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer with a strong background in Import/Export operations and Letter of Credit (LC) handling. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of international trade documentation and sales processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales with hands-on experience in Import/Export and LC handling.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures for LCs and related financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field preferred.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow international and domestic sales accounts.
  • Handle all documentation and coordination related to Import and Export shipments.
  • Process and manage Letters of Credit (LC) – ensuring compliance with terms and timely submission of documents.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and banks.
  • Maintain relationships with international clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with buyers and logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and trade transactions.
  • Work closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
