Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell business loans, mortgage/loan against property, business banking, and other financial products.
• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and direct client visits.
• Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collect and verify required customer and company documents for loan/account applications.
• Coordinate with banks and internal processing teams for application submission and follow-up.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, sales activities, and customer follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on banking products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and market trends.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable banking/financial regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, loans, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• UAE banking/financial-services experience will be an advantage.
