Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager with 1-5 years of real estate experience to drive sales and manage client relationships in Dubai’s competitive property market.
Salary : 50 - 50 on commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads to close property sales.
• Build strong client relationships and provide tailored property options.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
• Conduct property viewings and stay updated on market trends.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or luxury brand sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license preferred.
