Join us in creating a world-class sales team. In this role, you will join the Scale Up Team, dedicated to driving growth and performance in the Sales Department.

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
• Track the progress of new hires through the onboarding process
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to new hires during their initial months
• Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training programs with sales goals and strategies
• Become an ambassador for Teamtailor’s culture
