Job Description Collect and monitor financing requests submitted by the field sales team. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financing data and documentation. Track and monitor repayment status and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Support the sales and operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks. Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and data records. Assist in identifying operational issues and provide basic analysis to support problem resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or operational support. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, monitoring, and reporting. Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data tracking, monitoring, and operational reporting.
