PaladinAi is seeking a motivated and creative Growth & Sales Operations Intern to support our internal sales enablement, LinkedIn content, and market research efforts. This non-customer-facing role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of B2B sales, marketing, and AI-driven technology.

Key Responsibilities           

  • Assist in creating and posting content (images, short videos, graphics) for the sales team on LinkedIn to support inbound lead generation           
  • Conduct market research on competitors, target industries, and potential reseller or channel partners           
  • Identify and profile prospective resellers, partners, and enterprise customers           
  • Gather intelligence on emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving customer needs           
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support internal reporting and documentation tasks as needed
