This senior leadership role within Brown-Forman UK’s On Trade & Prestige function is pivotal in developing and executing sales operations processes.
The role isn’t just about executing tasks; it is strategically important and it involves designing, implementing, and optimising processes, defining sales cycles, and identifying bottlenecks requiring a strategic, proactive approach.
The role requires significant leadership and Influence, being the UK lead for implementation of On Fashioned tracking and collaborating with the LT, SLT, XLT and EAA teams, demonstrating the need for significant influence and cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management is explicitly stated.
Crucially, this role demands data-driven decision making with a heavy emphasis on data analysis, forecasting, and providing actionable insights requiring a strong analytical mind and the ability to translate data into business strategy.
