YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A deep understanding of the sales and pipeline management reporting in THOR.
  • A background in sales, business analysis, financial reporting or PMO.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, THOR Dashboards and adhoc Analysis skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of meeting targets with agility, delivering to immovable and tight deadlines each month.
  • Brilliant communications and interpersonal skills which you’ll use to relate Sales teams to support in closing opportunities and managing the pipeline.
  • Proven capability to collaborate across a matrix of teams and stakeholders to build supportive and productive team relationships.

Responsibilities

SPECIFICALLY, THE ROLE WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Developing and delivering the ABL forecast each month via discussions with MU leadership, Sales/Account teams.
  • Provide regular updates to Market Unit Leaders on the status of Sales and pipeline KPI, monitoring and reporting progress to forecast and budget and maintaining Sales Force Dashboards.
  • Identifying gaps and risks to forecast/budget and propose potential mitigating factors.
  • Liaising and communicating with other Business Lines, negotiating closing position on x-Business Line deals.
  • Maintain the sales league data in THOR in consultation with Account/Sales teams.
  • Manage account/domain/individual pipeline review calls at least weekly to ensure all stakeholders focus on pipeline accuracy and are aware of progress, outstanding actions and slippage/loss risks and attend the M Reviews.
  • Work with the sales and finance stakeholders.
  • Assist Sales Leads/PMOs to manage the progress of opportunities through the sales life cycle, often a complex and detailed process.
  • Process opportunities through the THOR tool, through approvals and to sold.
  • Support and lead audit inspections (BSI/internal/external).
  • Provide THOR and IV/BCS support/education/training.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, both to support the SOM role and for Account/Sales leads.
