EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial support role within the automotive industry, ideally in a dealership environment.
Knowledge of dealership operations and sales administration.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency enhancement.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Sales Director, the Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the regional sales team, driving efficiency, and achieving sales objectives. This dynamic role encompasses process standardisation, market analysis, training coordination, and strategic collaboration to elevate dealership performance and customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain standardised processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in setting realistic and achievable sales targets for the regional team.
Analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities, preparing actionable insights.
Coordinate and schedule dealership training sessions to enhance sales performance.
Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Manage and maintain accurate sales-related documentation and records.
Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and materials to support strategic decisions.
Act as a central liaison between the sales team, dealerships, and senior management.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Support the Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager in achieving strategic goals.
