Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Order Management • End-to-end order processing via SAP (order entry, OTD update, billing validation during cut-off week, backorder reporting, expiration date tracking). • Manage returns process: approval workflow, SAP return order creation, replacement orders, and documentation filing. • Execute monthly rebate order reconciliation, coordinate reagent shipments with Supply Chain, and maintain YTD rebate trackers. 2. Sales Team Collaboration & Daily Management • Lead LBE Meetings (Daily Management) to review order progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive sales accountability using Push Module data. • Input and calibrate PBI pacing data for sell-in target tracking. • Act as primary contact for sales teams & distributors for order-related communications. 3. Compliance & System Support • Maintain GSP system (distributor certification uploads) and assist annual sales LOA issuance. • Support Internal Audits (IA), export documentation (COA/customs forms), and Trade Compliance coordination. • Participate in SAP UAT testing for system upgrades. 4. Process Improvement • Update medical device SOPs (e.g., Q13 Sales Management Policy), channel access protocols, and one-time sales workflows. • Generate critical reports: sell-in/backorder to Finance, sell-thru to Commercial Leadership. • Support the launch of an order management system Qualifications • 5-7 years’ sales operations experience with hands-on order processing in SAP • Proven track record of facilitating LBE/daily sales meetings and driving action plans with sales teams. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) • Experience in medical device/life sciences industries, familiarity with GSP compliance. • Cross-functional collaboration (Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) on agreements/audits. • Strong analytical ability to interpret rebate logic, inventory health (DIOH), and sales trends. • Hands-on experience in system launch phases for order processing platforms will be highly advantageous.
