QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any field.
• Able to handle mul ple en es with collaborate with the team members.
• Strong communica on and interpersonal skills are required for dealing with a cross func onal team.
• Knowledge in Oracle & QuickBooks would be advantageous.
• Need to 2 languages when we work(Korean, English) and Chinese(option)

• Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Manage sales operations tasks such as data analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments to streamline processes and help meet sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and requests related to orders, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Manage payment queries, negotiate payment plans, ensure timely payments, and enhance the payment collection process
