Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client operations, including market development, pricing, invoicing, and fulfillment, ensuring business targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing data; track key metrics (GMV, margin, penetration, retention) and provide reports for decision-making.
  • Build and improve customer management processes, ensuring accurate and timely data.

  • Research canteen, hotel, and restaurant markets to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors; deliver analysis reports and actionable recommendations.
