As Sales Operations Specialist, you play a key role within the Central Sales Organization overseeing the quote-to-cash process ensuring its efficiency and alignment with customer needs to foster customer satisfaction.

Your role:

  • Takeover Customer Service Process Support: continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Enter, manage customer claim requests in SAP, monitor improvement through related problem-solving methods
  • Be responsible for Material- and Customer Master e.g.

Your profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field preferred and min. 5 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multinational industrial environment
  • Fluency in English – French or German languages would be considered as an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP module SD/MM as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) would be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, methodological approach to problem solving and follow-up
