Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Solutions, Implementation, Finance, Global Partnerships, Supply Chain, Global Services, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Analyze and optimize commercial business processes based on company strategy and key business models, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, streamline data structures, and drive adoption and utilization of CRM tools among the sales team.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide daily and weekly sales reports, and deliver insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including sales materials, client information, and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) on internal platforms (e.g., Confluence, shared drives).
  • Support sales activities by preparing materials, facilitating contract execution, and ensuring smooth client onboarding into systems.
