Role Overview:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee our outdoor sales team from the office. The role is focused on monitoring team performance, managing KPIs, ensuring client follow-ups, and coordinating with finance to clear outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the outdoor sales team remotely.
* Track KPIs and daily sales activities to ensure targets are met.
* Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication.
* Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for collection.
* Prepare and maintain performance reports for management.
* Ensure proper use of CRM or reporting tools.
* Provide feedback and support to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in sales coordination, operations, or team supervision.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work with data, reports, and KPIs.
* Knowledge of CRM/sales reporting tools is an advantage.
* Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
