Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role involves a mix of admin, sales support, stock handling, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment — both in the office and occasionally in the warehouse/shop.

THE ROLE IS APPROXIMATELY:

  • 70% office-based – handling administration, sales support, and customer service (basic computer knowledge recommended)
  • 15% warehouse – checking stock, picking orders, and preparing shipments
  • 15% shop floor – supporting customers in our retail area

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking and processing customer orders (via phone, email, and in person)
  • Entering orders into our Intact software system (training provided)
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service, with basic computer skills to manage orders and records
  • Managing inbound stock and checking deliveries
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Picking and preparing outgoing orders (shop floor and warehouse)
  • Supporting customers in our retail shop
  • Answering phones and handling sales queries
  • Keeping paperwork and digital records up to date
  • Assisting with promotions and campaigns on our website
  • General office admin as required
