Alianza is redefining communications with the Intelligent Communications Fabric (ICF), a cloud-native platform powering next-generation voice and network services for service providers worldwide.  This Fabric spans existing legacy service offerings (Core and ONE) and evolving offerings (Fusion, new sales strategies, etc.). We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the existing team, which sits within Global Commercial Operations. This individual will be based in LATAM to bolster our presence in the Americas and allow us to deliver a “follow the sun” service to business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre- and post-sale forecasting, planning and readiness, compliant deal transacting, and the execution of de-risking activities to mitigate against unprocessed revenue during critical close periods. They will also be accountable for the successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating the ability to optimize our processes and build new solutions for the future. The role is central to Alianza’s commercial success and involves working with colleagues throughout the organization, both functionally as well as hierarchically.  The ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and effectively in all these situations, in both English and Spanish, is critical.   The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a Sales Operations role and therefore an understanding of key processes such as forecasting, reporting and deal transaction. A familiarity with Salesforce would be beneficial. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  ASSIST SALES IN ACCURATELY FORECASTING AND ACHIEVING REVENUE TARGETS * Work closely with the worldwide Sales team to maximize revenue by helping them to operate as efficiently as possible, and by using management information effectively to determine potential future revenue opportunities. * Assist the Sales team with pipeline hygiene and accuracy. * Communicate with the Sales team on dynamically changing requirements, especially at month- and quarter-end boundaries. * Compliant deal transacting (reviewing and validating deal documents, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring deals have appropriate approvals, ensuring deals are structured correctly, and booking them). DEVELOP AND FOSTER KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH SALES, FINANCE, PROCUREMENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, THE LAW DEPARTMENT, PRODUCT, AND COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS PERSONNEL * Provide leadership and direction to orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of complex Sales campaigns. * Steer Sales through internal requirements and remove barriers to booking, keeping a predictable, profitable, positive business outcome for Alianza and our customers as the primary goal. * Show proven capability to foster and manage successful relationships with internal stakeholders, managing expectations and achieving successful outcomes. * Assist Finance with queries involving new bookings and revenue recognition. CONTRIBUTE TO A HIGH QUALITY COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS TEAM * Triage inquiries from across the company to ensure successful resolution is reached. * Work closely with the Global Commercial Operations team, and the wider organization, to ensure that our systems and processes are efficient and scalable. * Engage with an established program of continuous learning/improvement, resulting in positive change across Global Commercial Operations and for business stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS  * 5+ years of experience related to Sales Operations. * Team player with the ability to work across cultures and geographies effectively.   * The desire to learn, understand and apply knowledge to make a real and lasting contribution to the team.   * Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture (be both broad and deep).   * Proficient written and verbal communication skills (open, confident communicator effective in all levels of engagement).   * Demonstrated collaboration skills with a keen understanding of how to drive results.  * Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements in a complex and rapidly changing environment.   * Solid business knowledge and the ability to set clear expectations around business outcomes within a global operation.   * Data analysis and forecasting skills. * Fluency in both English and Spanish.
