What the day will look like Serve as the Sales Operations partner for the Specialty & Human Capital businesses in Australia Act as the subject matter expert for the global CRM platform for your team (Oracle), driving CRM adoption and a regular cadence of sales governance Manage your team’s reporting & analytics needs by providing meaningful insights to manage the new business pipeline and provide visibility on accounts at risk Use data and analytics to help target and pursue prospects, develop local market plans (LMPs), better manager resource utilization and capacity Proactively manage the sales pipeline with Sales Leaders by participating in sales meetings and delivering meaningful insights on pipeline lead & lag indicators, providing actionable insights to help accelerate growth Partner with your business units and other areas of the firm including marketing, bid, placement and other commercial business units to drive growth initiatives Support sales campaigns, events and initiatives by providing local market planning data, contact invitation lists and building reporting to monitor progress & ROI Support Growth Ops team by providing back-up support and guidance for other BUs where required How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
