The context of your apprenticeship Our Sales Operations team sits at the heart of ManoMano's commercial efficiency. We are the engine connecting Sales, Data, Tech, Finance and Logistics, continuously building, maintaining and improving the processes, tools and communications that help our teams work smarter and faster. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join us on a work-study contract and take on real responsibilities from day one. Your missions You will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily commercial operations. Your responsibilities will be structured around four main areas: 1. Day-to-day support to Sales teams - Provide daily operational support to Sales teams (request management, case follow-up, unblocking operational issues) - Be a reliable point of contact to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations 2. Seller communications - Coordinate and execute communications to our seller partners (campaigns, newsletters, operational alerts) - Contribute to improving communication strategy and sending processes 3. Process and tooling optimization - Identify improvement opportunities within our operational routines - Build and maintain automations in our CRM (Zoho Suite) to drive efficiency - Contribute to the creation of new reports and dashboards to monitor sales and seller performance 4.
